ORDERING & SHIPPING
Where do you ship? We currently ship across Canada and to the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join the email list to be notified when your country is added.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 CAD ship for a flat rate of $20 CAD.
United States: Free shipping on orders over $125 CAD. Orders under $125 CAD ship for a flat rate of $25 CAD. Duties and customs fees are added at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive? Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. US orders are estimated at 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer express shipping? Not at this time. We're working on adding expedited options in the future.
PRODUCTS
What sizes do the gloves come in? Our gloves are currently available in Small, Medium, and Large. Here's how to find your fit:
Small — hand length 21.5cm, width 9.1cm
Medium — hand length 22cm, width 9.6cm
Large — hand length 22.5cm, width 10.2cm
To measure, use a soft tape measure across the widest part of your palm (excluding the thumb). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort — the glove will break in and conform to your hand over time. Not sure? Email us at info@miekanoel.com before ordering and we'll help.
What hand does the glove fit? Our gloves are designed for the lead hand — left hand for right-handed golfers. This is the glove hand for the majority of golfers. Left-handed golfers (right hand glove). Please select your hand at checkout.
What is the glove made of? Our gloves are a hybrid construction — cabretta leather on the palm and half-fingers where grip matters most, and premium vegan leather on the back so the fruit print stays vibrant for the life of the glove.
How does the magnetic ball marker work? Each glove comes with a removable magnetic MN ball marker that snaps onto the clasp on the back of the glove. To use it, simply pull the marker off the glove, mark your ball on the green, and snap it back on. The visor also has a built-in magnet on the brim that holds the fruit ball marker — no clip required.
Are the golf balls legal for tournament play? Yes. Our balls are 3-layer urethane construction and conform to USGA and R&A standards.
What size are the visors? Our visors are adult size with an adjustable back strap to fit most head sizes.
Do the towels come with a clip? Yes. Every towel includes a carabiner clip with a built-in magnet that attaches to your golf cart rail or any metal surface on the course. Keeps your towel exactly where you need it.
What size are the towels? 16 x 24 inches.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? All sales are final. Due to the limited-run nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about sizing or fit before ordering, email us at info@miekanoel.com and we'll help you choose the right size.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Please email us at info@miekanoel.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will work to arrange a replacement where applicable.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour? We don't offer exchanges — all sales are final. We recommend reaching out before you order if you're unsure about sizing. Email info@miekanoel.com and we'll help.
GENERAL
Will you restock sold-out products? Our collections are intentionally limited. When a product sells out, it may not return in the same print or colourway. Join the email list to be notified of new drops and restocks.
Do you offer wholesale or retail partnerships? We're open to conversations with the right retailers. Please reach out at info@miekanoel.com.
How do I care for my glove? Air dry only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods.
