Due to the limited and intentional nature of our product launches, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Every Mieka Noel collection is produced in small quantities — when it's gone, it's gone. This model allows us to keep our products thoughtfully designed and our pricing fair.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@miekanoel.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work to arrange a replacement where applicable.
